Single registrations will be handled through a waiting
list until a dance partner can be assigned.
Participation will be confirmed within 10 days after
registration or availability of suitable spot/dance partner.
In order to reserve the workshop spot, the invoice needs to be paid
within 10 days after invoice issue date (latest though 3 days before workshop start).
Partner registration discount:
both registrations need to be submitted within 24h.
the corresponding dance partner full name must be indicated
on each registration.
delayed submissions of partner registrations will not be
considered
Student registration discount:
Please bring your student/ID to the workshop check-in to verify your status. Without confirmation the workshop pass difference has to be paid cash on site.
Early Bird discount:
invoices of early bird passes need to be paid within the
invoice validity date.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed spot:
The assigned dance partner might be moved to
the waiting list.
A workshop pass transfer must be approved by
the organizers first.
In case of full cancellation, fees will
apply for both dance partners (see below).
Depending on the date of cancellation the following cancellation fees
will apply:
20% starting Mar 18, 2019
50% starting Apr 8, 2019
100% starting May 6, 2019
Cancellation fees also apply in the case of injury or illness.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
